Shipping time
When will my order be shipped after purchase?
Generally speaking, all in stock products will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order (working days), and no later than 72 hours. If the product you purchased is not in stock, please contact me for details.
Different shipping costs and different arrival times Different countries have different transportation times.
DHL/Fedex/UPS express delivery does not include customs clearance, which will incur tariffs and requires the consignee to have customs clearance capabilities. It is the fastest, 2-7 working days. DDP air freight, including customs clearance, does not require the consignee to have customs clearance capabilities, 8-12 working days. DDP sea shipping, including customs clearance, does not require the consignee to have customs clearance capabilities, 2-12 weeks (if your product exceeds 30KG, please contact us).
Ordinary products, such as eyelashes, tweezers, ring cups, etc., generally do not have customs clearance issues and you only need to pay customs duties. For liquid products, such as eyelash cleaning solution, eyelash glue, etc., the United States and some European countries only need to pay customs duties for customs clearance. South America, Africa, and the Middle East countries require the consignee to have customs clearance capabilities.
About taxes and fees:
Taxes are determined by the customer's country, so your taxes are payable to your country's customs department, please note. Some countries have consumption tax that requires online payment. This is also charged by your country. Notice: If you choose the express delivery channel but do not have the ability to clear customs, we will apply to destroy the package and will not refund. Please note that this is your own problem. The logistics track shows receipt, but you do not receive the product. We will assist in the investigation but will not provide compensation. If the theft is not caused by our company. If there is any damage during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide proof, and we will handle the after-sales service. If you are not sure whether you have the ability to clear customs, please choose DDP air transportation.
Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dammanlash.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@dammanlash.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@dammanlash.com.
